Hack your path to freedom in this stealth-puzzler with a focus on dual character control. Navigate your agent out of the depths of despair, you are his eyes, his ears and his only way out. Tinker with tech and toy with guards as you, a helpful hacker, save the day.

Controls

• W,A,S,D - Agent Movement.
• Mouse - Control Right Screen Mouse Movement.
• Left Mouse Button - Select Hackable Devices on the Right Screen.
• 1,2 - Select Options on Left Screen.
• Escape - Pause Game

How To Play - Brief

• Hack into devices shown on the Mini Map (Right Laptop Screen) with the left click of the mouse.
• Choose an option for how the device should function. (Press 1 or 2 - Options displayed on Left Laptop Screen).
• Move the agent identified on the Mini Map to the end point (Exit Icon) by hacking devices and luring guards away from the agent whilst not being detected.
• Guards and Security Cameras can detect the agent through line of sight generally indicated by the camera view range or the guard icons forward direction.

Install Instructions

Head to the bottom of this page and click the "Download" button. The game is zipped up in a .zip file. Extract the folder to a suitable location. Then search for and click on the "Hackerman" application inside the "Hackerman" folder.

How to Play - Walkthrough (Recommended)

How To Hack (Part 1) - Left click of the mouse on a device when hack icon appears (on Right Laptop Screen).

How To Hack (Part 2) - Press 1 or 2 on keyboard to select hack option.  (on Left Laptop Screen).

Things To Hack:

• Door - Unlock a door to gain access. Lock a door to trap guards.

• Security Camera - Set the Camera to Static or Sentry Mode to ensure it doesn't spot the agent.

• Alarm - Sound the alarm to draw the closest guard near.

Note: This project is intended for single player use on Windows OS. Controller is not supported.
